Ostay Vermillion Namba - Osaka

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, convenient for our needs.

The location was a significant letdown. While the apartment itself was satisfactory, getting to the heart of Osaka took longer than I hoped. The train stations nearby were at least a 10-15 minute walk away, which isn't ideal after a long day of sightseeing. Plus, the keypad entry system frequently malfunctioned, requiring multiple attempts to gain access.

The location was great and easy, right next to train station, better than I ever had before. Also, a fresh food market was 3 km away. My room was big size and huge room with sufficient amenities, AC, for instance. I had a microwave and crockery.

The hotel was in a comfortable location very close to Imamiya train station which is close to Namba/Dotonbori area, the city center and convenience store. The staff was very very helpful and patient all the time. They gave us brand-new and reasonably large apartment with 2 beds.

Where to start. The kitchen is pitifully equipped, with no even basic paper towels. I hoped I'd be greeted with a welcome gift, but alas, I received nothing. Er, try finding restaurants if you dare, because the closest is a mere convenience store across the street. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Throughout the day staff were very responsive and helpful. We booked family room with king size beds and loved it.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

Every staff member was very very helpful and patient. Got the same apartment booked online with AC, clean linen and 4 twin bed. Had a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator at our disposal.

The apartment was super spacious, perfect for my kids to run around. We loved having the washing machine. It saved us a ton of hassle. The owner was super helpful, giving us clear instrux for check-in. Just wish there were more dining options nearby. It felt a little limiting, especially after a long day.

Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. We appreciated the washing machine and drying room, perfect for a family. The area had a Lawson next door for quick snacks, and we enjoyed the two balconies. Super easy self check-in!

The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The shower room's multifunctionality was a game changer, quickly drying our clothes overnight. I appreciated being just a short walk away from local conveniences, including a Lawson store right across the street with access to essential items. The city view from the balcony was a good surprise that enhanced our stay.

While the accommodation was excellent, I found the dining options nearby quite limited, making it a challenge to find varied meals.

After cramped tokyo, the spacious two-bedroom apartment was a welcome change, letting the kids play safely. Everything we needed was right there. The staff helped with early check-in!

Spacious apartment with everything you need like a microwave kettle stove and washing machine. The super nice team they even extended our checkout for free which was perfect for my schedule.

It wasn't cheap but overall it was still acceptable.
